Yes. You can upgrade at any time and changes take effect immediately with pro-rata billing — you'll only pay for what you use. To downgrade, you'll need to reduce your usage to fit within the target plan's limits first (e.g. delete excess racks or users), then the downgrade will apply at your next billing date.

The MSP plan includes 5 organisations as standard. Each additional organisation costs £5/mo (or £50/yr) and includes 3 additional user seats. For example, 20 organisations would be £149 + (15 × £5) = £224/mo, with a total of 50 user seats.

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You'll need to enter payment details to start a trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't pay a thing.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.

You'll see a prompt to upgrade when you reach a limit. Existing data is never deleted — you simply won't be able to add more until you upgrade or free up space within your current plan.

Yes — paying annually saves you 17% compared to monthly billing. The discount is applied automatically when you select annual billing during signup or when upgrading your plan.
